What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle technique that supports the body's natural ability to restore balance. The word can be translated as guided life force energy, and a session can be likened to being bathed in light energy. Receiving Reiki is deeply relaxing and can help to reset the nervous system. This process switches off the stress response, which can then allow for physical, emotional, or spiritual healing to arise. Reiki is completely non invasive and can be used effectively to support children, adults, pets, and self healing.
Workshop description
In this Reiki level 3 certification class, we will create a safe space of community to review the main priniciples learned in level 1, and level 2 to help further integrate these energies. You will be introduced and attuned to the Usui Master symbol to further empower and focus your practice. Other techniques will include performing an auric cleansing, creating a Reiki grid for self healing, distance healing, and global healing, and methods for charging and manifesting personal goals and dreams. Each student will receive a manual, attunement, and certification upon completion of the workshop.
